Este livro trata o projeto que visou a adapta\u00e7\u00e3o do espa\u00e7o onde a empresa \u201cQuinta da Lixa\u201d desenvolve a explora\u00e7\u00e3o vin\u00edcola do vinho que produz, ao qual se acrescentou o exerc\u00edcio de uma atividade tur\u00edstica atrav\u00e9s da constru\u00e7\u00e3o de um Hotel Rural, essencialmente vocacionado para o enoturismo. A interven\u00e7\u00e3o consistiu em reabilitar e ampliar as constru\u00e7\u00f5es existentes com o objectivo de construir um hotel essencialmente dedicado ao enoturismo. Apostou\u2011se, em todo o processo desde a constru\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 explora\u00e7\u00e3o, numa pol\u00edtica amiga do ambiente o que fez com que ao hotel fosse atribu\u00eddo o R\u00f3tulo Ecol\u00f3gico Europeu. Os edif\u00edcios existentes encontravam-se em estado de abandono e bastante degradados. A sua reabilita\u00e7\u00e3o, assentou numa atitude sustentada e ecol\u00f3gica que veio a refletir-se uma mais valia para a preserva\u00e7\u00e3o do patrim\u00f3nio arquitect\u00f3nico da zona. Foram usados materais \u201cnaturais\u201d na reconstru\u00e7\u00e3o e amplia\u00e7\u00e3o, como pedra, madeira e corti\u00e7a e grande parte do edificado apresenta coberturas ajardinadas, ecologicamente eficazes.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
