Apreciei de imediato a meto\u0301dica dedicac\u0327a\u0303o ao trabalho e o empenho na aquisic\u0327a\u0303o de conhecimentos e na integrac\u0327a\u0303o no trabalho de equipa.<\/p>\n
Iniciada a construc\u0327a\u0303o, Ren Ito foi escolhido como principal responsa\u0301vel da direc\u0327a\u0303o de obra e da articulac\u0327a\u0303o com o trabalho em estu\u0301dio. Desse empenho resultou a elaborac\u0327a\u0303o de um quase \u201cdia\u0301rio de bordo\u201d, no qual registou com todo o rigor e de forma sistema\u0301tica o desenvolvimento do projeto da habitac\u0327a\u0303o tipo e o me\u0301todo nele impli\u0301cito.<\/p>\n

Ren Ito, a Japanese architect from Ibaraki prefecture, worked at my studio between 2004 and 2011. He collaborated for the Quinta de Bom Sucesso project in \u00d3bidos (housing, commercial area and restaurant), having the first two already been built.<\/p>\n
I was very pleased from the first moment with Ito\u2019s methodic dedication to work and commitment to learn and to integrate the team.<\/p>\n
Once the construction begun, Ren Ito was chosen as principal construction manager and for
\narticulating the studio and construction site. These dedications end up with an elaboration of a sort of “Logbook”, in which he registered the development of the housing type project and implied method in it rigorously and systematically.<\/p>\n
This “Logbook” is featured by chronological selection of 74 drawings, which have notes in a lapse of the project.<\/p>\n
