Roman by birth and temperament, was the embodiment of the intellectual architect with his gaze always open and fixed on new horizons. Throughout his career, right from his professional debuts, he interwove art and architecture and, after the Second World War, he wrote a reflection on the relationships between form and structure, space and time.
